I had a good expereince with Mindtree HR.
They are really concerned about you & your carreer, i can say.
They talk well & always want to understand your point of view. I really appreciate them.

I told them that i have not recieved my Hard copy of offer letter & they even send a copy to my native palce.There are other small small things that indicates that Mindtree is a good company the place to be if you have stuff in you.

I am really impressed with them.

My view on Indian IT companies- Satyam, Infy, TCS, Wipro

I am giving my views on these giant companies based on my personal work experience & views from my friends who already work in these companies.

If you want to get Lost in the crowd of IT professionals & choose to do very little work, not intrested to make decesions, then our Indian companies are the best option you can choose.
They will easily hire you if you have the stuff in you. YOU ARE THE AVERAGE GUY.

It is difficult to get hired by mid level companies as they are looking for people who really knows the work, they are not intrested to hire BENCHERS, since they can not affort to have a big bench. The advantage of big MNC's is that they can afford to have a big BENCH. You can sit on it from 2 months to 2 years without a problem.
Your monthly salary will be credited. You will have the minimal of the share, a little growth.

If you prefer challange & faster growth come & see the real world. I am fortunate to get a lot of work in a quick span of time.

The work culture matters in office?

When a project is taken by a team, there are many people working on it with a common goal to make the project a sucess. One person will be the onsite coordinator, the other the offshore lead & now comes the gang of team members.

The problem of big MNC is that there is no self respect for the people who work there, if you are a guy/girl with 2-3 expereince its better to come out of the MNC & join mid size companies. Grow fast here & then join the big shots in better positions.

People just want to take the credit of the work, you do. They forget the efforts you put in, easily.

Joining MindTree in Banglore

Today the mail from MindTree came that they will send the hard copy of my offer letter by Friday.I am happy to see the quick response.

I am thinking wether to Join Mindtree or Infosys, may i wait to go for Virtusa/ CSC.
Hope to get the best things in life.
Or shall i wait 3 months to go to onsite to Netherlands.

Life is so unpredectable nowdays, however i am looking to to get the best from it.
I plan to be a Project Manager by 2010 starting.
