When a project is taken by a team, there are many people working on it with a common goal to make the project a sucess. One person will be the onsite coordinator, the other the offshore lead & now comes the gang of team members.
The problem of big MNC is that there is no self respect for the people who work there, if you are a guy/girl with 2-3 expereince its better to come out of the MNC & join mid size companies. Grow fast here & then join the big shots in better positions.
People just want to take the credit of the work, you do. They forget the efforts you put in, easily.

Do the job but make sure you never forget to encash it by proper channel.
